Opened in July 2021, Courtyard Cincinnati Downtown is located at 4th & Vine in the historic Ingalls Building. Built in 1903, the Ingalls Building is named the first steel reinforced concrete skyscraper in the world. It had several tenants before becoming the Courtyard including a bank. You can admire the original vault that has been renovated into a large fitness center. Other original historic features can be seen around the hotel including the tall windows in each guest room and the ceiling moldings in the 2nd floor Bistro.
