Charlotte, NC, (June 21, 2004) – Ravi Patel, President & CEO of SREE Hotels, LCC., today announced that the company has completed the acquisition of the Hilton-Executive Park in Charlotte, NC.

The 181-room hotel with over 12,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space will undergo a complete renovation and will remain flagged as a Hilton.

“We are deeply committed to the future of Charlotte,” said Ravi Patel, President & CEO of SREE.  “Charlotte has been our home since 1981, and the addition of the Hilton to our current portfolio of 10 hotels in the Greater Charlotte area further solidifies our commitment to the city.”

The projected $3.5 million renovation will totally redesign the hotel, which will result in a facility that will not only meet, but far exceed our customer’s expectations.  “This is exactly what this hotel needs,” commented Peter Dunn, General Manager.  “The entire team is really excited about what SREE has planned and is looking forward to using the new renovated hotel to serve Charlotte and its visitors.”

SREE Hotels, LLC owns and operates 29 hotels with 3038 rooms branded under the Marriott, Hilton, Choice, and Intercontinental flags.
